Description

When we put fish and chips on our menu, we had no idea how popular they would become. It started because we were able to find fresh, wild caught Norwegian Cod. After a few test runs, and a few requests for a tartar sauce, we've created our best version of fish and chips. Beer battered, fresh Norwegian Cod with our house made tartar sauce using our house made pickles, and a high quality Irish stout malt vinegar made in Pennsylvania.
