Barkwells is a unique dog-centric vacation retreat tucked away in Mills River outside of Asheville, NC. The main resort features 9 fenced acres with a pasture and 1-acre pond where guests and their pups can run, swim, and play. There are 9 fully fenced private cabins designed for human and dog comfort, plus two additional cottages in Brevard and a mountain lodge in Cold Mountain. Barkwells is the perfect place for dogs and their people.
