Olive Catering Company is a family business. I am the Owner/Chef and my husband is the Sous Chef. I am a recent graduate from the Asheville Buncombe Technical Culinary Program. I was a member of the AB Tech competition food team which went all the way to the National Competition. During all the years I have cooked, I have always loved making people happy through my food. I use only the freshest and aromatic ingredients to make the flavors pop while keeping the food amazing and within the client’s budget. I don’t specialize in one type of cuisine, but have the experience and the confidence to cook any cuisine the client may want. When a client contacts me, I find out their needs, likes, what food may represent them, and their budget. With all this and client's input, the menu is created for the event.
Olive catering knows all events are different. The sizes, the location, the theme, etc. Our commitment is to fulfill every criteria of the event to make the food part of the event stress-free. All of our prices include preparation of the food, set up, and clean up for the event.
